Data Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE: NOVEMBER 1, 2017

This Agreement serves as written data processing agreement between you and Vicotee AS (“Vicotee”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and shall apply to all Services that involve processing of Personal Data by Vicotee.

1 Personal Data

Personal Data means information that relates, directly or indirectly, to a Data Subject, including without limitation, names, email addresses, postal addresses, identification numbers, location data and data from sensors.

2 Confidentiality

We will ensure that our personnel who are involved with the processing of Personal Data under this Agreement have committed themselves to confidentiality.

3 Processors

You acknowledge that Vicotee may perform process operation upon Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collecting, recording, structuring, indexing, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination and make restriction, erasure, access to, transfer and disposal. Vicotee is authorized to remove or add new processor routines at any time.

4 Rectification, erasure and restriction

Vicotee shall at our own discretion provide you with ability to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of Personal Data via Vicotee Service, or as instructed by you at your own expense. You shall provide all necessary support in order for Vicotee to fulfill this obligation.

After expiration or termination of the Agreement, we will at your choice; erase or anonymize your Personal Data stored on the Platform in accordance with the Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Personal Data Breach

In event of any Personal Data breach caused by Vicotee, we shall notify you of such breach after we become aware of it. We shall provide reasonable support in assisting you in your security breach notification EU Applicable Data Protection Law (if applicable) and initiate reasonable remedy measures.
